Krists Grigis is a Key Advisor to SEED Group, heading up the Private Office of Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum's Eastern Europe operations from Riga, Latvia. Krists' area of expertise is investment policy, partnership relations, governmental relations and start-up environment in Eastern Europe, with particular focus to the Baltic countries and Poland.
Krists has gained high level business and market knowledge and built valuable business relationship in the region during his successful development of restaurants and hotels in the Baltic countries. It is accompanied by his managerial experience in the retail business as Krists also runs his family company Batas Avots, emerging bottled water producer represented in all major markets around the world. Krists previous experience and contacts are core assets for the TPO group companies and their partners. Recently Krists has become mentor for several start-up companies in the region sharing his knowledge and experience as a successful business leader in order to foster start-up friendly environment in his hometown Liepāja. His main motivation is a strive for new technologies and innovations that could highly improve existing products in the market or bring new ground-breaking solutions.
Roger Chi is a Partner at Candareen Capital based between Bangkok and Singapore. Roger has extensive experience in helping large corporates enter into SE Asia in Telecom, Augmented Reality, Mobile Security, Technology, Real Estate, Food and Beverage. Roger has advised some of the leading families in SE Asia. Prior Candareen Captial, Roger was Director of Investments of Brainrush Venture, a $100m USD venture capital fund based in San Francisco. At Brainrush, Roger served on the investment committee and had investments in San Francisco, Beijing, and Hong Kong. Roger started his career at Monitor Company, a strategy consulting firm founded by Michael Porter and was based in the Los Angeles practice.

Ted then coupled his marketing expertise with his passion for music production, achieving an impeccable and proven track record for effectively taking record labels and music production ventures from their inception to musical success. As founder of the Howeird Entertainment music production company, Ted negotiated production and distribution contracts with RCA, Motown, Universal and other music powerhouses. His team has produced, penned songs and created remixes for musical greats such as Yolanda Adams, Tony Terry, John Legend, Kirk Franklin and Def Leppard.
Ted also served as president of WanMor Entertainment, a production company and record label owned by Grammy Award winner Wanya Morris of Boyz II Men. Under Mr. Howard’s direction, a joint production venture was made between WanMor Entertainment and Universal Records. He negotiated the distribution deal with Universal Records as well as assembled the radio, retail, sales and marketing team for WanMor.
